About the campaign
About the program
Navigating the unique challenges of raising a teen can be complex, especially given the ongoing changes in today’s world. Wellthy’s Teen Support content program provides specialized support for parents and caregivers of teenagers.
In addition to Wellthy’s Care Concierge service, we have created a variety of short videos (“Care Clips”) and downloadable resources curated by experts from Wellthy’s Care Team and a mental health consultant.
Please note: This section includes resources that are only accessible to populations with access to Childcare and Teen Support. For more information, please inquire with your Wellthy Client Success Manager.

Managing stress
- While a certain level of stress is beneficial, too much stress, coupled with a lack of understanding on how to manage it, can have serious repercussions. For teens, it's crucial that their initial experiences with stress are not debilitating, but also constructive, as these will shape their stress-handling strategies in the future. Check out this one-pager for tips from Wellthy, our caregiving concierge benefit, on how to manage teens’ stress.
Learning differences
- Does your teen struggle with attention in school? Attention issues impact many teens, but it can be difficult to know when there is a behavioral issue to address, or when a teen needs extra formal support. Check out this one-pager for tips from Wellthy, our caregiving concierge benefit, on how to reduce teens’ procrastination.
Mental health
- Teen mental health is always top of parents' minds, and for good reason as rates of suicide, anxiety, and more rise. Discerning normal behavior from symptoms of something more can be difficult, but knowing some signs to look for can help you determine if you need to take additional steps. Check out this one-pager for information from Wellthy, our caregiving concierge benefit, on understanding anxiety and related conditions in teens.
Social media
- TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Youtube – you may know what they are, but do you know how your teens use them? It’s more important today than ever that you and your teen have conversations about the effects of social media, too much screen time, and cyberbullying. Check out this one-pager for tips from Wellthy, our caregiving concierge benefit, on how to address cyberbullying.
