Life at Wellthy

Affinity groups

Our employee-led affinity groups create spaces where team members can connect, grow, and drive meaningful change. Affinity groups include AAPI @ Wellthy, Living With DisAbility and/or Neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, Working Parents, and Young at Heart.

All-Hearts

A monthly town hall to welcome new team members, share company progress, big wins, helpful insights, and celebrate Wellthians who are making a difference.

Continuing education

Wellthians are encouraged to take courses, pursue relevant certifications, engage in cross-training, and participate in shadowing sessions.
